• PlayNow BCLC reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If one selection in an Accumulator/Parlay bet is voided, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining selections.

Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) software that is internationally certified and verified. Every game outcome is entirely random and never predetermined.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at PlayNow BCLC. Any breach of these rules will result in immediate account suspension:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by colluding with others.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use yours.

PlayNow BCLC may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit required documents for KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Suspicious financial activity.
• At the member's own request (in line with self-exclusion or Responsible Gaming policies).

You can close your own account at any time — simply contact support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing.
